AL JAZIRA DIAMOND DIVISION

Bad customer service, rude manager to a paying customer. I called in the morning to see if my ring that was being prepared was ready and confirmed my driver would come to collect it. When my driver went to collect (with picture of the receipt) they refused to give it to him, even after having earlier confirmed. Spoke to manager sales associate and manager on the phone with driver still at store, they still would not give, even after offering to provide but my own, and my drivers Emirates ID. I have had pleasant experiences in many of the shops at the gold souk but this is one I would not return to.

Fraud prices. They give at least 7 to 10 percent higher price than the real one. I don't recommend going there. it is better to have no gold at all than dealing with this shop. Zero honesty.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I purchased a gold necklace and returned the next day to check an issue I found with it. Unfortunately, the staff especially the person who seemed to be the manager, were extremely rude and showed zero customer service. Their attitude was unhelpful and disrespectful. I’ve bought gold from other Al Jazira branches before and always had a pleasant experience, with friendly and professional staff. But after this visit, I would never return to this particular shop again. Very poor service.

Thank you Al Jazira Diamond Shop located in Madinat Zayed Shopping Center Abu Dhabi. All the staff are very accommodating especially Brother Ansari. If you are looking for the best gold shop, then this is highly recommended!! They give the best price and very good service. more power!

Great shop. Every two years during my stay in Abu Dhabi, going only here. Mr. Mansur helps me with choice and gave fair prices. Great place and people here, thank you.
