Eagle Real Estate (Nafis Group)- Sharjah

Worst service ever! We are living in Apartment 302, Al Taawun Tower, which is managed by Eagle Real Estate (Nafis Group), Sharjah. We've been complaining for over a month about the AC not working during this intense summer heat, and no one has come to fix it. The management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend any of their buildings. This is absolutely unacceptable, and we are planning to file a formal complaint with the municipality as soon as possible. Avoid Eagle Real Estate at all costs.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service We are currently residing in Apartment 302, Al Taawun Tower, managed by Eagle Real Estate (Nafis Group), Sharjah. We have been raising complaints for over a month regarding a non-functional AC during peak summer temperatures, yet no action has been taken. The lack of response and responsibility from the management is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend any properties managed by this company. If this issue is not resolved immediately, we will be escalating the matter to Sharjah Municipality. Avoid Eagle Real Estate for your peace of mind.

Unreliable Property Management – Very Disappointed I’m a resident of Apartment 302, Al Taawun Tower, which is under the management of Eagle Real Estate (Nafis Group), Sharjah. For over a month, we’ve reported that our AC isn’t working—a serious issue during the extreme summer heat. Sadly, there has been zero follow-up or support from their side. This level of negligence is frustrating and unacceptable. It clearly shows a lack of care for tenant well-being. We are now considering a formal complaint to the municipality. I am extremely delighted to book my flat with this high professional Company (Eagle Real Estate)which provides quick & best after sale service too , all the maintenance complaint are entertained promptly. In addition, I would love to show my gratitude to Mr Salman & Mr. Usman who are always available to assist their client’s with loyalty. I would surely recommend people to deal with these two people if any one requires any flat in Sharjah. They are not absolutely fraud.
