Прекрасная компания. Я работаю с ними уже 4 года и очень довольна их работой. Если возникают какие-либо проблемы с оплатой они всегда идут навстречу. Помогают в разрешении недопониманий с хозяином виллы. Одним словом профессиональные ребята. Рекомендую.

Обманщики и лентяи, не возвращают депозит. Онлайн-общение с ними обречено на провал, много обещают, а затем блокируют. Всю информацию надо вытягивать, договориться невозможно.

I used an individual named Ahsan Amjad Malik a representative who says he works for Dubai International Real Estate so I wanted it to be known as per why I am leaving a 1 star review for them. He showed me a few places and finally I thought I liked one and asked him to negotiate, he said I cannot negotiate on his behalf unless there is some sort of deposit held which is fully refundable if I do not move ahead with it. He negotiated and got it down, however, I now have a family emergency and must leave the country so I am not moving forward. He has now declined the refundable deposit, he sent me his managers number whose name is Imran and also just wanted to understand the situation as per why I am not moving ahead with the deal rather then letting it be. Both Ahsan and Imran did not want to lose a sale and were very keen on trying to get me to use their service but don't understand that I am not obligated to work with them, especially during a family emergency. I really hope someone from Dubai International Real Estate contacts me after seeing this as I thought genuinely they can help me find a spot in RAK but as of right now
