Deutsche Genauigkeit mit Schweizer Präzision! So würde ich die Leistungen von George und Mimi bewerten. Wir haben die Möglichkeit gehabt, in zwei komplett unterschiedlichen Projekten diese Betreuung zu genießen. Das eine war die Interieure Umgestaltung von einem Appartement und das zweite die Unterstützung bei der Beantragung und die gesamte Abwicklung von Golden Visa. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich selten so eine exakte und professionelle Dienstleistung genossen habe. George ist ein Mann der Taten, die Kommunikation und Reaktion war einfach perfekt! I would love to give George at least 7* rating. Over the years he has provided an excellent service in Dubai. He's one of the few people who commits and delivers.

More appearance than reality! We got to know George J.Lloyd as a likeable person. For years he sent us properties until we finally decided to buy one. Unfortunately, the promises on his part to support us as property manager after we bought our apartment turned out to be a bubble. The promised, German property management, which is included 6 months with the purchase, was not worth talking about. If you ever got an answer to a question, then in English and the support in terms of ID, driver's license, etc. was a farce. Thus, we ultimately took care of (almost) everything ourselves, whether it was a dripping faucet or just a simple request. For us, this behavior has nothing to do with a property management company. We ourselves have had 2 decades of property management and know what we are talking about. For its part, acted swiftly only when it came to payments to be made. Also the reviews on the net, almost exclusively from women without any information, but always 5 stars, actually say it all. The crowning glory and an absolute NO GO was when we had to leave and tried to reach him. He did not answer the phone and on a written request to call back came the question on his part, what we wanted! Since we felt but very ver......., because he makes the German property management we just wanted to give him the key. We have thereupon any business relationship stopped. As a broker he is agile but once you have bought he doesn't care anymore...that is our experience with him. We have since met local German companies that take top care of their customers. We were very disappointed afterwards.

George is a very great guy with lots of information about the properties he sells. He was able to tell me which one he thinks fits the type of lifestyle I wanted or for investment. He is very fast and provided me with all the information I needed not only accurately but also in a very timely fashion. If there was 10 stars, I’d be giving that to George✌ ✌ ✌

I have been impressed by the quality of service, knowledge and professionalism. All information were provided...no typical Dubai surprises at the end. We have been supported from the beginning till the end by George. A reference in this job. To be highly recommended.
