Cando Real Estate Broker LLC

Cando is good option to find the nice house with affordable price (comparatively less than others). I especially recommend Mr. Anas as a agent with 5 out of 5. He was very nice person and friendly. Anas guided me and supported throughout the process of house registration and handover. Their maintenance team as well good and done everything you needed to rectify.

I had a bad experience because after renting, communication is non-existent. They do not facilitate communication with the owner of the apartment, as several problems have occurred in the apartment and I cannot communicate with anyone.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Mohamadi Ahmedabadwala as our agent from Cando Real Estate. He was absolutely fantastic, very responsive to messages, answered all our questions, ensured the property was delivered to us in great condition. After we moved in kept in touch and acted fast with any minor fixes. Incredibly professional and very supportive with setting up the Ejari, contract and all other admin support. Highly recommend.

I just relocated to Dubai. Muhammad Anas made the experience of finding a property as seamless and stress-free as possible! He was quick to respond to any queries, remaining available to support at all times. Extremely grateful for both his pro-activity and guidance throughout!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Gaurav to purchase my new home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Gaurav was incredibly prompt and proactive in addressing all my needs and concerns. He guided me through every step of the process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable. His dedication to his clients is truly remarkable. He was always available to answer my questions, provided invaluable advice, and ensured that everything was in order for a smooth transaction. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, I am now the proud owner of a wonderful new home. I highly recommend Gaurav to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and supportive real estate agent. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients!

Mr Mark, Agent of this company. Spoke to him only twice for our requirement to book a short term rent in Dubai. He shared quote and when I sent him message saying I feel the cost is high as he is asking for commission of 1200 AED for the short term we wanted to book for only 6 nights, he replied really rude. Attached in WhatsApp screenshot. And this is how the agent is trained to deal with clients. Really bad experience.

Mirza has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He provided clear guidance, answered all my questions, and made sure every step was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!
