Reign Real Estate

We had an excellent experience working with Enkeleda to secure our rental property. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. What really stood out was her commitment to making sure everything was done properly and on time. She was proactive, organised, and always available when we needed clarification or updates. We truly appreciate the effort she put in to help us secure the property and would highly recommend Enkeleda to anyone looking to rent. A professional and reliable agent who genuinely cares about her clients. Thank you again for all your help!

Finally, the property transfer is completed, and a long wait and search of over three months has come to an end. ✨ I’d like to share my excellent experience with Reign Real Estate. A special thanks to Shilpa for her patience, dedication, and commitment to helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She showed me 10+ villas based on my requirements and was always supportive and professional, never rushing the process. She also supported me with price negotiations and helped close the deal with a true win-win outcome. From property viewings to the final transfer, everything was handled efficiently and transparently. After the property was finalized, Alisha provided excellent support with the documentation. Her constant follow-ups ensured the entire transfer process was smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate the efforts put in by Shilpa and Alisha. Highly recommend Reign Real Estate to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agency.

Just wanted to talk about my experience with Reign Maintenance, I have received the apartment in a sad shape from my previous tenant and I wasn't sure it will be back in it's original condition. I trusted Reign Maintenance and Areeba was very clear in the communication, scope, and prices. The team came and did the works I was honestly impressed by the level of understanding of the scope and quality of works that they delivered. Zeeshan was responsible for the site and Bilal was working with him and they honestly are very professional and great attitude. The apartment was then deep cleaned and handed over to me in a pristine condition, even better than it's original state. I'm very impressed and I wanted to personally thank the owner Shilpa for putting together such a professional service team in a market full of clowns. Appreciate Reign's work alot, and hope we keep working together as always

I was looking to buy a property and viewed many options, but I couldn’t find the right one. I was also new to the rules and process of buying a home. That’s when I got in touch with Shilpa. She clearly explained every step involved, from what an MOU is, to how purchasing through a loan works. She also connected me with a trustworthy mortgage advisor. Shilpa supported me at every stage of the journey, right up until I signed the property papers. If I had to describe her in one word, it would be "Trust." And trust is exactly what we need when investing our life savings. She truly doesn’t believe in just selling properties, she believes in helping people find a home.

Alisha did an outstanding job coordinating and closing my property transaction. She was proactive, responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. Her clarity, follow-ups, and ability to handle the details made the entire process stress-free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient real estate professional.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Reign Real Estate especially with Alisha and Shilpa and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They were proactive, responsive, and truly understood my needs. The renovation process was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection and they sold my property at a reasonable price too. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to finding me the perfect buyer and ensuring the smooth run throughout the whole process, and I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Alisha, Shilpa and their team were absolute game-changers. Highly recommended!
