I had an extremely negative experience with this agent. Their conduct was completely unprofessional and unethical. Once the yearly payment for the property was made, any request we had was ignored entirely. We had to follow up multiple times, and even then, their only response was to send us a hefty bill to cover extra costs. The additional wear and tear fees they tried to impose were completely unreasonable. I wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone who wants peace of mind. Beware and avoid them at all costs.
