DO NOT WORK with this agency, they do not present accurate information to you, they are not transparent and have rentals that are in a poor condition, dont let your eyes deceive you. I was lured into a contract on a place that only had painted walls, weeks into living here you find the real problems. Leakages in the walls, mould, dirty running water, cold showers , cockroach infestation, zero cooperation and competence of maintenance and agency staff. I am currently seeking legal assistance in living the premise, I hope mu story helps others.

We are staying at compound 33,MBZ Zone 19. It’s nearly 8 months we are here and within this period we facing leakage in the kitchen sealing several times. Once the leakage starts it will take around 2-3 weeks for someone to come and fix the issue as we call the concerned person multiple times in a day. Once it starts we literally cannot use the kitchen because the floor will be full of greasy, soapy drainage water coming from the above floor. After all paying high rent this is what we got.

Mbz Zone 21,Villa 3 it been long requesting on daily basis to link the mobile number to the gate which is not done.In general once contract signed & cheque obtained they won't respond to your call or message.

Found an advert for a property in Abu Dhabi and contacted Don rite through dubizzle. The property consultant is Mohamed Zahran. Mohamed never contacted me back, instead I had another consultant message me called Kareem Saqar and he did the usual sneaky dishonest real estate trick, the property I wanted was listed at 90k, he messaged to say he only had for 100k, to which I said okay I need to view at 1pm. He said done. While driving from Dubai to Abu Dhabi he messaged to say 110k I said my budget is as per your advert (still listed as available) which is 90k, he said he would look. When I was nearly there, I messaged to ask where we are meeting and he ignored me. So I drove an hour to meet this guy only for him to blank me and ignore me and not let me view an apartment, after raising the price from 90k to 110k in a matter of minutes. I would not recommend using this real estate agency, they are not honest and could not be interested in meeting you even though agreed upon, even though you have traveled an hour to meet them. I used property square and got a very nice 2 bed in the same area for cheaper than the original lie that this company told me

Bad services , unresponsive staff, the worst entourage ever ,and disrespectful people .
