Rendezvous Beauty Spa

I booked an appointment online where all slots appeared available and selected a time without choosing a specific technician. When I arrived, I waited about 10 minutes and was then told that the technician assigned by the system only does eyebrow services and couldn’t perform my appointment. I was also asked to wait an additional 1 hour ! , even though no one contacted me beforehand. Unfortunately, the visit ended up being a waste of time. I understand mistakes happen, but better communication and a more accurate booking system would be appreciated

Worst experience for root hair colour. It took 2 hours for just root hair colour. She made my hair jet black even after saying to make brown or light brown. I don’t know what was adddd in the hair colour even after 3 wash my towel showed violet colour on it while drying

Got my hair done by Biljana, and hats off she did such an amazing job with my hair. I came in with an orange/cooper hair from all the coloring I had done previously and she made her magic work. Mashallah! I also did brow lamination and I’m super happy with it. They give you an aftercare set that you have to follow. It was my first time with Rendezvous and I’m glad I came and I’ve already booked my next appointment with them.

It’s so hard to find a salon in the UAE that feels truly zen, clean, with professional staff, reasonable prices, and great offers. This salon really puts their clients first. I’ve had manicures and pedicures here that were wonderful, but the Thai massages are phenomenal. I go every week with Apple, and once when I mentioned I had a tension headache, she fixed it with such gentle care. I feel so blessed to have this as my neighborhood salon and I highly recommend them!

I can surely say I had the best foot ,leg,head and shoulder massage in years. Highly recommend they are so professional and polite… friendly is an understatement. Bla was the one attending to me and she did an outstanding job definitely coming back . My top favourite salon and beauty spa in the UAE

She’s very professional and calm, and her massage is so relaxing and perfectly suitable for pregnant women. I felt a big difference and complete relaxation after the session. Highly recommend her — one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! ‍♀️

pa gives the best deep tissue Thai massage! after a week of lifting, it’s exactly what i need,perfect for recovery and rest days. the owner is so sweet and welcoming, and Ang did a wonderful job with my blowout,so gentle and it turned out beautifully.
