Very unprofessional experience. The agent Oussama demanded an additional payment at the Trustee Office that was never agreed or documented in any contract, and refused to proceed unless I complied. This placed unnecessary pressure on me during the transfer process. The payment was later taken without any legal or contractual basis. Matter has been formally escalated to the regulator. I strongly advise caution and avoidance.

Mr Gerald professionalism was top notch he was there any time throughout the deal from start to end. He was available 24/7 which made me feel safe especially when closing a deal of such high value . He was not interested in spending extra money he wanted me to be happy throughout all of it! Will definitely use his service again for my family and friends.
