أحب أشكر الموظف إبراهيم محمود في محل سالم الشعيبي للذهب فرع ابوظبي سوق الذهب، على أسلوبه الراقي وتعاملَه الممتاز. قمة في الذوق والأمانة والابتسامة، شرح كل التفاصيل بكل صبر واحترافية وخلاني أطلع من المحل وانا جداً راضية. فعلاً واجهة مشرّفة للمحل ويستاهل كل الشكر والثناء.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff especially from the supervisor there. I have entered and asked for earrings and rings he said we don't have the one I was looking for, how do you know whats in my mind? I came in to the shop knowing what I want to buy. After nobody attended me I looked around until I approached the supervisor and asked if I should be wearing tuxedo or kandora to be attended. Eventually he lightly showed me some rings, but I lost my interest to buy from their shop anything, especially there literally no customer except me in the morning. It is disrespectful because I didn't come for window shopping. I got what I need from a different shop!

I came to gold Souq I buy gold last year, I’m looking for the sales man who sell me last year chain. That guy not there and I ask other staff about him and this Indian guy was so rude. He don’t entertain me with respect and telling me to leave the shop because there’s a lady customer there. I was here to buy gold. Please don’t come to thi is shop. Staff don’t know how to talk with customer and telling to go because they have a customer. This is small shop for Salem Al Shuaibi in Abu Dhabi Madinat Zyed gold Souq. This Indian guy wearing suit little bald, and have moustache and goti. I already complaint to there other shop but no response.

Satisfying jewellery & gold design for any occasions my only destination once I want to buy something. Last Saturday I bought two set the one in the boxes .

Great KG teams, nice environment for students, supportive community and staff

The staff makes you feel like you are there to window shop only, they will only entertain you if you dress in a local style. Their designs are nice, making charges are way tooo much, customer service is poor. I bought what I was looking for from a different shop although I liked their designs more
