Me and my friends decided to stopped by the Pandora store in FCC before driving home. Gemma was EXTREMELY rude.. She instructed us not to get in and out of the store because of someone counting the customers who are entering and exiting the shop etc. The worst part is when my friend asked her why the amount of a certain item she’s trying out is quite expensive. She just said ‘That is the price range here in Pandora’ Clearly, she is not willing to help customers and not knowledgeable of what she is selling. We entered the shop nice and peaceful but I think Gemma doesn’t like customers at all. It was very disappointing really. Bad customer service is bad for the business.

Pandora offers a wide range of silver jewellery especially for women. They also have a good kids range. The designs are unique and the products are well priced. They offer free cleaning service for the jewellery also. They have a wide range of necklaces, bands, rings, earrings etc.
