После детального описания симптомов кол-центр записал к доктору "PHYSICAL MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION MAIR" вместо Internal medicine. То, что physical medicine не занимается моей болезнью выяснилось уже на месте. Приема ждал неделю. Не советую обращаться. Вопиющая некомпетентность.

I had the best care with Mediclinic from start to finish. Firstly, I want to thank Dr. Alain Chalhoub for caring for myself and baby the whole way through. We couldn’t have had a more skilled and professional doctor. Secondly, the staff in the hospital nurse Natalie, Juliana, Deena and Aritha were outstanding in care and so attentive and helpful 24hours. The midwife manager from London really was attentive also. I didn’t meet one staff member who wasn’t 10/10. The hospital rooms are great, modern. The hospital gifts you a medi clinic goodie bag full of baby items which is great! And beyond generous, the day after your baby is born the dad and mom are given a complimentary meal with non alcoholic wine and a cake with baby’s name. Over all I am so happy I went with Mediclinic and thanks to every single staff member that I met. ⭐️

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Marie, the Head of the Pediatric Ward. She is truly one of a kind—an angel who came at exactly the right time to help my son feel calm, safe, and comfortable. She stayed with him for almost three hours until he entered the operating theatre, even though her shift had ended three hours earlier. The entire pediatric ward staff were equally wonderful—always smiling, caring, and incredibly gentle with my son. Their kindness and dedication made a very stressful experience much easier for both him and us as parents. I cannot thank them enough

This hospital is considered one of the best hospitals in Abu Dhabi, and indeed among the best hospitals worldwide. It provides its services at a very high professional standard and has an outstanding medical staff of doctors, nurses, and technicians. The level of professionalism is remarkable, and the cleanliness and excellent facilities truly reflect the high quality of the place and attention to detail. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to this outstanding hospital for the excellent healthcare services it provides. I would also like to give special thanks to the exceptional emergency nurse, Ms. Maria Pineda, who demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and care. She treated my daughter in a wonderful manner, provided excellent service, showed great patience, and always had a warm smile on her face. I hope all nurses follow her example in professionalism and compassionate care, especially when dealing with children.

Overall, the hospital provides good services and maintains a high standard of care. The medical staff are professional and courteous. However, the Emergency Department needs some improvement, especially in the pre-assessment process and the prioritization of patient admission. In some cases, emergency cases are not handled according to their level of urgency, which can lead to delays in treatment. I hope this area can be enhanced to ensure faster and more accurate response to critical situations.
