I had an excellent experience with Dr. Thavooth Ali during my root canal treatment. He was very professional, calm and friendly, which made the whole process comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with dental issues.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Yousif Ibrahim Mohammed Ahmed. I visited him for a uric acid problem and brought my recent blood test results from another hospital. However, the doctor spoke to me in a very rude and arrogant manner, questioning why I had brought results from outside. The entire consultation felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I requested a sick leave, he insisted that I must buy medicines from there before he would issue the leave. This experience left me very dissatisfied and uncomfortable.

My experience here is very good, the staff here is very helpful, they listen to me very well and help me.I’m very happy with their work! Highly recommend Top Care ICAD for anyone looking for reliable and honest service.
