I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and especially Dr. Shahanas. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Shahanas is the best. Not only is she exceptionally knowledgeable, but she also took the time to really listen to my issues. She explained everything in a clear, compassionate way and made me feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. If you're looking for a clinic with the best service, I strongly recommend coming here.

With Dr. Mathew, you are always in safe hands — expert care, painless treatments, and excellent results every time. Dr. Mathew is without a doubt one of the best dentists in Ras Al Khaimah. Along with his excellent assistant, Miss Prathiba, they deliver care that is second to none. What truly sets him apart is his unmatched precision, professionalism, and patient-focused approach. He clearly explains the issue, outlines the treatment options, and briefs patients on the procedure, giving full assurance that we are in safe hands. Most importantly, he always delivers exactly as committed. His treatments are virtually painless, with excellent results. While other clinics had advised me to undergo an implant, Dr. Mathew provided a thoughtful solution that saved my natural tooth — a testament to his skill and dedication. I just went there for check up today. The staff in the receiption is so kind but Dra. Marium is super b. Shes very professional and very Humble. You can find them in nakheel ras al khaimah and they are open 10am to 1pm then open again at 5pm to 10pm.

Had seen Dr. Joel Thomas. My experience was amazing. Dr. Joel is very well spoken and takes his time to talk and understand. He dealt with my health problem well. I have visited many physicians in the area and would highly recommended him.

I went there today for my treatment there is one Pharmacy attached to this hospital, I don’t know the name that pharmacy they didn’t give me my medicine , reason is that i don’t have 5 aed cash . I told them if i can pay with card ,And what they said is keep your medicines here and take after you give 5 dhirms . I was not buying groceries that I can adjust without . Those are medicines brother life savers we can say . But there is one guy in the pharmacy he told me that keep your medicines here and take after whenever you give 5 dhirms . I already waited there for 4 hours for the whole process and i came back without medicines , just because I don’t have 5 dhirms cash . I think this was quite shameful for me when they denied to give me medicine. I would like to die rather going there again for medicine.

I will be visit today 1st time union medical clinic I have the pain for ear. I will be meet with Dr. vidya so she is very cool listening our problems She will be better treat me I am very happy and reception staff also good. Thank you so much.
