I delivered my baby boy on 20.09.2025 at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital, and my experience was truly wonderful. I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Gemini Mahajan, Maternity Coordinator Thelma, Midwives Fathima and Judith, Dr. Farnaz, and all the nurses who supported me throughout this journey. Dr. Gemini has been with me from the very beginning of my pregnancy. She’s incredibly approachable and caring — I always felt comfortable reaching out to her anytime through WhatsApp or call. Thelma, our maternity coordinator, guided us so well during the antenatal classes and continued to support us even afterward. I was admitted to the labour room at midnight (12:00 am) and delivered our little one at 11:53 pm. Midwives Fathima and Judith were truly amazing — supportive, encouraging, and patient. They explained every step clearly, which made me feel calm and safe throughout the process. Dr. Farnaz, who was the duty doctor during that time, coordinated with Dr. Gemini and helped me deliver my baby safely on the same date as my husband’s birthday — a moment we’ll cherish forever. Our newborn received excellent care in the NICU unit. All the nurses during day and night shift were so gentle, kind, and attentive with him. Their compassion and professionalism gave us so much comfort during those early days. From patient care to room service, everything was smooth and comforting. The surprise celebratory meal after delivery was such a sweet gesture, and all the meals provided during my stay were absolutely delicious. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Mediclinic Welcare Hospital team for making my delivery experience so positive, safe, and memorable!

We had a very positive experience at Mediclinic Welcare with Dr. Selwan for my daughter’s surgery. From the first consultation to the surgery day, everything was smooth and well organized. Dr. Selwan was very kind, professional, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable and confident. The nurses were also extremely caring, supportive, and attentive throughout our stay. After the surgery, my daughter’s snoring completely stopped and her breathing at night improved so much. We truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend Dr. Selwan and the team at Mediclinic Welcare.

Since i did my surgery with Dr Salwan Alabdullah, An ENT specialist, here I am sharing my experience. The medical crew were on a level of professionalism when dealing with my case. As i react differently to anesthesia, they took my concerns in consideration through treating me with extra special care. The surgery went smoothly as i had dr Salwan taking care of me with honesty and high level of dignity. He explained for me the full surgery along with the anesthesia dr she heared all my history and wrote down everything in details to be in safe hands. I sincerely thank all the team worked on my surgery along with the nurses who took really good care of me until i get discharged of hospital. Thanks welcare hospital ✨

I recently completed a health package at Mediclinic and had a very positive experience from start to finish. After browsing packages on the app, the team followed up quickly and helped guide me through the options based on my insurance and preferred branch (Welcare). Ghofran was especially helpful and responsive on WhatsApp, explaining the package details, arranging the voucher and scan, and coordinating everything smoothly. The process felt organized and well managed. On the day of my appointment, the nurses were kind and made me feel comfortable throughout. Since I was fasting, they thoughtfully provided water before my ultrasound and a food voucher before my doctor consultation. Dr. Sakina was attentive and focused on my well-being, and I felt well taken care of. Overall, very professional and patient-centered service. Thank you to the whole team.

I recently underwent a laparoscopic procedure with Dr. Alphy Puthiyidom, and I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I received. Dr. Alphy is highly knowledgeable, reassuring, and truly an expert in her field. My surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been going very well. I would also like to thank Dr. Dora Dimarucut, who assisted during the surgery. She is very caring and took the time to check on me and reassure my family both before and after the procedure, which we deeply appreciated. Special thanks as well to Nurse Mylene for attentively addressing my needs and coordinating my treatment plan, and to the theatre staff and inpatient department nurses for their compassion and kindness. Overall, the care I received at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital was outstanding, and the professionalism of everyone involved in my care was truly exceptional.
