The service we have received from this company is amazing. I have tried 2 other companies prior to using 5 Star and their cleaning is not as good. I also did not have to tell them to do anything...they did it all on their own which I love. Keep up the good work.

It was 1700 AED for 6 cleaners from 8 to 6 . They arrived on time at 8 AM 6 cleaners , by 9 AM one left , by 10 AM 2 left , by 11 AM 3 left and by 12 only 2 cleaners where left . Deep cleaning was not deep at all, I had to tell them scrub the floor and walls and clean the chandeliers , at first no furinature was moved then when i called to complain they moved it in the living room , now that i check all of the 3 BR had dust under beds and behind desks . This also included a breal for the remaining cleaners for lunch Only one cleaner Lon was decent the rest didnt put any effort to properly clean However, , the house was left totally unorganized and the i opted for Sofa cleaning 7 seater sofa is still completely wet for more than 4 hours after they left making the living room unusable . Overall experience less than poor . I only feel bad for this one cleaner who tried a bit

I have used this company for years. They are so easy to deal with, Booking is simple and they are very flexible and reliable. If a slot is not available, they always follow up and give the nearest one. The staff are very friendly and do a great job. I definitely recommend them .
